Matthew R. Cosby

Matthew R. Cosby serves as Business Account Manager for HMV Retirement Plan Advisors, bringing more than 25 years of experience in employee benefit and retirement plans. He works closely with plan sponsors and financial advisors to identify and implement the most effective retirement plan solutions. Through cost analysis and pricing comparisons, Matt helps clients fund benefit packages efficiently. He also assists with plan implementation and coordinates with tax professionals to ensure that all plan objectives are met.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Professional Sales from Harding University in Arkansas. Outside of the firm, he serves as an elder at the Huntington Park Church of Christ in Shreveport.
