Dominic M. Mainiero, QKA

Dominic M. Mainiero serves as Senior Manager of HMV Retirement Plan Advisors, leading the consulting services segment of the department. He advises employers and participants on all types of retirement plans while also performing year-end compliance and discrimination testing under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

Dominic earned his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 1995. He later earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries in 2002.

Committed to his community, Dom has served in a number of leadership roles, including serving as a member of the Diocese of Shreveport Priest Retirement Board and the Finance Council at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church. He was also Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of North Louisiana, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, and is a graduate of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
