A. Dare Johnson, CPA
Dare Johnson is the Partner-in-Charge of the Retirement Plan Advisors division and a longstanding employee of Heard, McElroy & Vestal. He joined the firm in 1991 and later became a partner in 2001. Dare holds a CPA designation with a specialization in taxation and retirement planning, bringing extensive experience in Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plans, ESOPs, and employee benefit administration.
Dare earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Texas and also holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation. This credential highlights his ability to combine accounting and financial expertise with strategic insight to guide the Retirement Plan Advisors’ business decisions.
